Book Study: Big Questions for Young Minds: Extending Children’s Thinking-Webinar Series (1/6/21, 1/13/21, 1/20/21)
Registration deadline is December 11, 2020 so we have time to mail the participants the book to look over before the book study begins in January. There are only 15 spots available for this books study. Registration priority will be given to persons in Southern Region IV who are professionals working with children ages 3, 4 or 5 with an Individualized Education Program (IEP). Description: Learn three strategies you can use to help young children with autism be more engaged and involved in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) activities. The three strategies include: using visual supports to structure activities, incorporating strengths and interests of children, and considering sensory needs.
