Loan Policy

Our standard loan period is three weeks, but you may request additional time if needed. We also have a limit of four items to be checked out to an individual at one time. STAR NET will deliver the materials, free of charge, to your local library through the library courier system once a week. It is the borrower’s responsibility to return the materials to the STAR NET Region IV office free through the carrier system or directly to our office by the due date. When you receive your materials, you will find an enclosed return label and return instructions. Please feel free to contact Dinnia at 618-825-3968 or [email protected] if you have any questions.
