Event Navigation
Registration deadline is Monday, February 9, 2026, at 3:00 pm. The book study on Inclusion Includes Us: Building Bridges and Removing Barriers in Early Childhood Classrooms by Mike Huber will focus on shifting educators’ thinking from binary thinking to constellation thinking. Participants will explore how to create true inclusion and belonging in every classroom, with a focus on ensuring children with disabilities and those receiving special education services are fully supported. The book provides real-life examples, practical strategies, and reflection prompts that guide educators in removing barriers, adapting environments, and collaborating with families and specialists. Inclusion Includes Us empowers educators to strengthen their inclusive practices so all children—and adults—feel valued and connected within their programs and classrooms.
Note: Approximately three weeks before the event, registrants will receive an email to confirm receipt of their registration request and important instructions that should be viewed prior to the day of the session.
