Maria Matticks, RN, BSN has over 30 years of experience in the field of EI, both as a professional and as a parent. Maria has been a consultant/trainer with the Illinois Early Intervention Training Program (EITP) since 2003, speaking to early childhood professionals, educators, nursing programs, and parents on a variety of topics related to EI throughout Illinois and beyond. She has worked in the field as an Interventionist and was also employed for several years by the Illinois Department of Human Services in the Bureau of Early Intervention Services. Maria feels strongly about supporting parents and encouraging them to envision and strive for the dreams they have for their children and families.
