
Linda Prewitt
Linda has been working in the social services/education system since 1987 starting with being a teacher for adults with intellectual disabilities. She became involved in educational facilitation when her daughter became ill with a chronic health condition, and she had to learn what her daughter’s rights were. Linda has been a Residential Services Director for DD Homes, A Family Services Coordinator for the Epilepsy Resource Center, a Regional Coordinator for Community and Residential Services Authority, A consultant for CRSA after retirement in 2016 and now is the Public Policy and Educational Liaison for the Illinois Assistive Technology Program. Linda has served on several boards such as the Family Support Network, Hobby Horse child welfare agency, and sat on ISAC for four years. Linda lives in Jacksonville, Il with her husband and two fur babies. She has three children and seven grandchildren.
