Sensory Processing 101 for Early Childhood Educators – On Demand

Registration deadline is Friday, June 20, 2025, at 3:00pm.  Starting April 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025, you can watch this on-demand training and take the quiz at a time that fits into your schedule.  The deadline to complete this training is June 30th at 4:30 p.m.

It is not uncommon for children with disabilities to present behaviors that are confusing or challenging. Using a sensory processing approach not only enables the caregiver and teacher to understand these behaviors from a new perspective but it also informs intervention strategies.  In this session you will be introduced to the “big ideas” of sensory processing. This training is presented by Dr. Jennifer Rosinia for your convenience.  

 Note: On April 1st registrants will receive a confirmation email with important instructions to complete this on-demand training.  Participants will receive 1.0 hours of credit for full participation which includes viewing the training in its entirety, taking the training quiz, and completing a STAR NET evaluation.
