Early Childhood Outcomes State Performance Indicator 7: Analyzing Practices and Procedures to Support and Document Student Growth – Part 2 – On-Demand

Does your district’s Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) data accurately reflect the quality of your program and the growth of your preschool age students with IEPs? Are you an administrator or program leader responsible for implementing ECO ratings? If so, this training opportunity—sponsored by the ISBE Early Childhood Division, Illinois STAR NET, and Early CHOICES—is designed to strengthen your skills and support your team in generating accurate ECO ratings.  In Part 2, you will identify high-quality training resources for your staff, hear from a district that has successfully implemented best practices in ECO procedures, and develop an actionable plan for improving rating accuracy within your own program. (Recorded March 2026)  This session provides an in-depth understanding of the Illinois Early Childhood Outcomes system, when you view both Part 1 and Part 2.
