STAR NET REGION IV TRAINING CALENDAR

Sarah Ruddy is an arts administrator and educator. Since the Fall of 2018, she has served on the Education team of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. Sarah holds a Ph.D. in Musicology from
Washington University in Saint Louis, and a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Loyola University in New Orleans. She began her career teaching preschool music in New Orleans Public Schools,
and has since taught music at most grade levels, from preschool through college.
