Following 25 years in public education as a school social worker and district administrator, Michael currently supports the leadership development of everyone who works in school settings to help them be their best selves.  Michael’s professional interests lie in promoting social emotional awareness, restorative practices, and creating cultures where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
