Luminita Hartle, Ed.D. is an Instructional Assistant Professor at Illinois State University in the Department of Special Education. Dr. Hartle received her doctorate in special education from Illinois State University in 2017. Her research interests include parent engagement in early intervention, emergent literacy, and teacher preparation in early childhood.
