STAR NET REGION IV TRAINING CALENDAR

Lisa Leifield is the ECSE Professional Development Specialist at STAR NET Region IV.  She has a Masters’ degree in Social Work and a Ph.D. in Special Education. She has over 30 years of experience working directly with children and families in early intervention programs, inclusive early childhood education programs, and on federal and state capacity building initiatives at the state and federal level to build the early intervention, early care and education, and child welfare workforce. She has taught early childhood and special education courses at the college level and presented widely at state and national conferences.
