Holly Kelly is a Human-Centered Technology Specialist with the Learning Technology Center, working in partnership with ROE 9 and ISBE’s SEL Hubs. With nearly 20 years of experience as a teacher, librarian, and edtech leader, she helps school communities integrate digital citizenship, SEL, and responsible AI use. Holly is passionate about digital thriving—balancing innovation with humanity—and brings a research-driven, emotionally intelligent lens to empower educators and students to flourish in a tech-enhanced world.
