Charmaine Thaner is a change–maker.  Her years of advocacy as a parent, special and general educator have changed her son, Dylan’s life and hundreds of students with disabilities.  She works so all students will be safe, welcomed, & have the education and life they deserve.  Charmaine founded her own advocacy business, Collaborative Special Education Advocacy. Her passion is to use her educational and personal perspectives to help parents become even more effective advocates for their children.
