Families and professionals had to quickly gain pertinent skills and strategies to keep learners engaged in the classroom and remotely. Schools continue to provide critical resources and support to families while trying to build staff capacity; engage students in remote learning when necessary; and manage the changing terrain. Now\, as we consider which practices we tried that we want to keep we realized that reaching families virtually was a successful way to communicate and reach families.
