Book Study: Big Questions for Young Minds: Extending Children’s Thinking-Webinar Series (1/6/21, 1/13/21, 1/20/21)

Registration deadline is December 11, 2020 so we have time to mail the participants the book to look over before the book study begins in January. There are only 15 spots available for this books study. Registration priority will be given to persons in Southern Region IV who are professionals working with children ages 3, 4 or 5 with an Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Description: In this book study participants will discuss sections of the Book Big Questions for Young Minds Extending Children’s Thinking. Teachers will attend three webinar sessions that will summarize main point in the three parts of the book. An introduction video will review the process of the Book Study and the requirements that each participant must uphold. Each registered participant will receive a copy of the Book mailed to them three weeks prior to the first webinar. Upon completion the participant will be asked to submit an evaluation. With full participation and an evaluation completed each participant will be awarded 7.5 hours of professional development.
Note: Approximately three weeks before the webinar, registrants will receive an email to confirm receipt of their registration request and important instructions that should be viewed prior to the day of the session.
Full participation for all three webinar sessions and homework assignments is required to receive a certificate.
